Registration for the meeting should be completed online - please note that we cannot process registrations via email.  However, your registration will be confirmed by email.

We have a number of different packages available to meet the interests of different people in this field:

4-day, 3 night package (Monday 8^th - Thursday 11^th December)
The registration fee includes: a name badge, a programme booklet, all main programme talks, coffee, lunch and tea breaks, the Welcome Reception (December 8^th), the De Vere Chapel Dinner (December 9^th) and Buffet Supper (December 10^th). 3 nights’ accommodation and breakfast are also included. All fees are inclusive of VAT.

2-day, 1 night package (Monday 8^th - Tuesday 9^th December) - Main Programme
The registration fee includes a name badge, a programme booklet, all main programme talks, the Welcome Reception (8^th December), coffee, tea and lunch breaks. 1 nights’ accommodation and breakfast are also included. All fees are inclusive of VAT.

2-day, 1 night package (Monday 8^th - Tuesday 9^th December) - Main Programme and ICM+
The registration fee includes a name badge, a programme booklet, main programme talks (8^th December), ICM+ programme (9^th December), the Welcome Reception (8^th December), coffee, tea and lunch breaks. 1 nights’ accommodation and breakfast are also included. All fees are inclusive of VAT.
Places are limited for the ICM+ course, so please book early to avoid disappointment.
