Presentation guidelines

Poster presentation

Posters should be prepared in A0 size (84.1 x 118.9 cm or 33.1 x 46.8 inches) in a portrait format (exact size to be confirmed). We intend that posters will be on display throughout the entire meeting and should be put up on the poster boards not later than the morning coffee break on December 9^th.
A Poster Power Pitch Session is intended to create interest and attract delegates to the Poster Sessions and will be planned for Tuesday 9^th.
Each presenter will have the opportunity to briefly introduce their poster to all meeting attendees. Please prepare a single slide to be projected during your 2‑minute talk.

Oral presentation

The time for an oral presentation will be in the region of 12 min talk + 5 min discussion (to be confirmed), to provide room for as much interaction as possible.
