Guidelines and instructions for completing the online abstract form
Abstracts must be submitted via the online submission system. Abstracts are to be submitted in English, the official language of iCSD 2025 - with a maximum of 500 words. Abstract submission will be confirmed by email, created automatically.
The deadline is 18th September.
Submitted abstracts will be reviewed promptly by members of the Programme Committee and assigned to relevant sessions, with the intention of quickly issuing a Notification of Acceptance. In which format the abstract is accepted (oral or poster), and session designation, will be emailed to the corresponding author shortly thereafter.
Please indicate eligibility for a Young Investigator Award on the submission form and submit your evidence of eligibility as advised on the registration page (“4 day full programme concession”)
The presenting author must be a registered participant of iCSD 2025. Submissions on behalf of other authors cannot be accepted.
Please note that abstracts can only be presented on-site (not virtually).
